How to Complain
Submit complaints in writing to info@oktrum.com. Include your account number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
Our Process
We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. Complex cases may take up to 30 days.
Escalation
If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.
